Born on 12 October 1953 at
Mirecourt in the Vosges regions, Taconné served his
apprenticeship at the Apparut-Hilaire workshop under the tutelage of
Master Jean EULRY at Mirecourt, between 1969 and 1972 where he learned
how to make the range of string quartet instruments. In September 1972
he moved to the workshops of Master Frédéric BOYER in
Paris to be initiated in the arts of restoration, evaluation and tuning
of violins, violas and cellos. In 1975 he entered the workshop of his
father Pierre TACONNE, located at 6 rue Jean Jacques Rousseau in
Bordeaux, becoming a partner. Since then he has trained around a dozen
colleagues, and today spends his time in restoration, tuning and
valuation. He is also a creator and maker of violins and violas. He
exhibits and exports all over the world (in Europe Japan, China,
etc...). |
